Excursion flat rate covering all transport expenses during excursion in Russia, invitation, preparation, food, equipment, service team, extras (e.g. reserve entry permits, guided tours in natural reserve areas, museum fees, expenses for provision of services by local experts etc.) will be

about 800 EUR

The price is calculated on the basis of last year excursion. We will publish the exact price by the beginning of January, 2006. It will depend on actual exchange rate of EUR to rouble, current prices for gasoline, food etc due to instability of prices in Russia and difficulty to foresee them well in advance. But anyway we do not suppose significant increase of the price. It was never so since the beginning of our activity in 1995. If the exchange rate would be higher we will decrease the price.

Around 3% of the expedition flat rate is going to support educational environmental programs for Siberian children (please have a look at the proper webage). Part of reward for the Russian organizers and guides is used to support other activities (espesially set of activities #2 and #4) of the Siberian Institute for Ecological Initiatives. Around 50 EUR is going to Fachhochschule Weihenstephan / University of Applied Sciences Weihenstephan for bank accounting and some help in organization of the excursion.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
Our excursion does not include visa costs and traveling expenses to Novosibirsk and back. Please find hereby a resume of approximated costs.

DAAD’S PROCEDURE
The price could be reduced for students. Besides German students have strong possibility to get financial support from DAAD to cover travel expenses. Application forms for both group and individual grants are available on DAAD website. In case of questions you may also turn to Prof. Dr. Ch. Siewert.

REGISTRATION
You would like to participate to the next excursion: please answer to the following application form and send it back to the email: siei-ngo@mail.ru . Please feel free to add any other comments (for example: vegetarian, allergy,...)

As soon as we will receive your email, you will get additional information concerning conditions of payment. We will also inform you about the next steps of excursions organizers in proper time. You will also need to fulfill application form in order to realize official invitation for you. Please note that registration will be completed on receiving registration fee to excursion bank account. In fact in order to book your participation, a registration fee of 150 euros (or 180 dollars) is requested.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
In case you decide not to participate after the payment, there are 2 possibilities:

1. Your registration fee will be totally refunded if the amount of participants exceed 25, or in case if the excursion will be cancelled by ourself.

2. Part of your registration fee will be not refunded you if total amount of participants do not exceed 25.
